These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7bets platform ("Platform", "Website", or "Service") and all related products and services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 7bets ("Company").

This platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. Users from regions where online betting is completely prohibited are not permitted to use this service. It is your own responsibility to comply with the local laws of your region.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses and winnings.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account cancellation and all funds may be forfeited. If any details provided at registration change, you must notify customer support immediately.
3.2 Login Credential Security
Your username and password must be kept completely confidential. You bear full responsibility for any third-party access to your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Account Verification
7bets may request a national ID, passport, or other valid documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is done solely to ensure security.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
7bets currently supports three popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Your account must be fully verified before you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit. The Company reserves the right to process withdrawals subject to additional verification in the case of unusual transactions.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on 7bets are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee applies.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
7bets offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus. For example: if your bonus is ৳1,000, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address.
- If bonus offer abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- 7bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- The time limit for earning a bonus will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and card games are available on the 7bets platform. Each game or market operates according to its own rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed; however, the Company reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error.
6.2 Special Sports Betting Conditions
Bets can be placed on a variety of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including the FIFA World Cup), and kabaddi. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or left incomplete, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the Company's rules.
6.3 Technical Errors
Transactions resulting from a system outage or technical error may be considered void. In such situations, the decision of 7bets will be considered final.
VIP Program & Rewards
The 7bets VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Prohibited Activities & Account Termination
8.1 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Placing bets using computer software, bots, or automation tools.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Impersonating another user or providing false information.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
8.2 Consequences of Account Termination
If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the Company may immediately and without notice close the account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and inform the relevant authorities.

All content on the 7bets platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of the Company. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
You may use the platform only for personal and entertainment purposes. Disturbing or harassing other users, or posting obscene or offensive content, is completely prohibited.
Termination & Amendment of Terms
You may exit this agreement at any time by closing your account. However, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any outstanding balances settled before the account is closed.
7bets reserves the right to close any member's account at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through dialogue.
